1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of spiritual, energetic, and crystal products, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

You are eligible for a return only if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is defective
• The wrong product was received

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or special sets
• Natural variations in color, texture, shape, or design
  (especially for raw stones, handmade items, and charging plates)

Note: Crystals are natural products. Variations are normal and not considered defects.

3. Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return request is approved and the item is inspected:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

If the refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
